A new beginning

Posting has been light this year. Bumbo has torn up the lake a few times this spring and summer, performing admirably as usual, though we've been too slack-assed to update. However, there's big news to report.

George and Matt have transferred the Jolly Dobbs to a new vessel, the stylish Pearson 26 seen above. And Bumbo has a new owner, who I'm sure we'll see down the dock from time to time. She's a great boat, and I'm sure he'll have a lot of fun with her for years to come. But the Pearson was a deal that we couldn't pass up.

And so we close this chapter of nautical history, raising a glass to our old home on the water and wishing her new master fair winds and following seas.
